Tuno Dashi Musubi, Ginza Musubi(knot)

The "Tsuno-dashi Musubi" is a way of tying street clothes (everyday wear) such as tsumugi.
It gives a more stylish and mature look than the basic Bunko knot.
This is the most representative variation of tying a Nagoya obi.

I want to try a stylish way to tie a knot other than the drum knot.
I would like to try a different knot that can be used with a point pattern (drum pattern) obi.
If you want to tie a obi pillow without using it, this is the recommended way to do it.

The Ginza knot, with feathers peeking out from both sides of the plump drum-shaped knot, has a different appeal than the square drum-shaped knot.
The key is to create a stylish, plump, and three-dimensional shape.

I have written about the most common ways to tie an obi.
Next time, I will write about the production areas of kimono fabrics.

Well, see you next time.
